The Recruitment (ATS) functionality is already available from OrangeHRM as a separately licensed module. The following new functionality is available to all clients who have licensed this module.
Ability to add a Hired candidate as an Employee via Candidate Profile & Candidate List
Now, you can complete the entire recruitment process via the candidate profile by adding the hired candidate as an employee from within the candidate profile itself.
Ability to Create Document Templates & Generate Documents
When a candidate is hired as an employee by an organization, the HR manager may need to process certain documentation, such as employment offer letters and other crucial documents required during the recruiting process.. With this new release, the necessary documents can be setup in advance by generating templates in the OrangeHRM system, and then downloading the required documents as needed.
With this release, you can create Document Templates within the Recruitment Module. Navigate to Recruitment > Configurations > Documentation Templates. You can generate documents from the candidate profile and any generated documents will automatically be added to the candidate profile as an attachment.
Audit Document Generation & Template Creation
With this release, you can now get visibility in the audit trail of the documents generated and templates created within the recruitment module. This is important because the audit data can serve as evidence should it become necessary to source or identify any mistakes made by an employee during the recruitment process. The Audit details can be accessed in two ways:
- Via the Candidate profile’s Audit option
- Via the main Audit screen
Group notes in candidate profile by ‘Stage’
You can sort the notes taken during the recruitment process within the candidate profile by ‘Stage’. This enables greater visibility allowing you to choose the best candidates for the job.
