The Onboarding module is already available from OrangeHRM as a separately licensed module. The following new functionality is available to all clients who have licensed this module.
Request Desk tasks are now reflected in the My actions widget in the dashboard showing the user's pending action tasks
With this new release, you can quickly and easily track and access all the accessible actions of the Request Desk module directly from the dashboard itself. Pending request desk requests are displayed for the request owners, secondary request owners, and approvers. These are shown in the My Actions widget as follows:
Ability to change the owner of a request/ticket
Case 1: The owner is not available, so HR must change the owner.
Admin can add/change the primary owner of a request type as well as an employee request. In this case, the admin can remove the initial primary owner of the pending requests and add another person as the primary owner. With this feature, a request can be carried out seamlessly and without interruption. Below you can see that the Primary owner and the Secondary owner can be changed or added to an existing request type, by the Administrator.
