Employee Dashboard - Introducing new widgets to the Employee Dashboard

With the ‘Employee Dashboard’ feature, employee information across modules is now in one central place. New widgets are added to this dashboard to get more high-level information about an employee quickly and easily.

Two new widgets are introduced in the new release,

• Performance Tracker Widget
• Performance - Goals/OKRs

Goals are role-oriented, measurable objectives set for employees. Depending on the completion of those goals and some other factors, each employee undergoes a Performance Appraisal process in the respective appraisal cycle. By observing employee performance through Goals/OKRs the user can get an understanding of that Employee’s progress.

Employee Dashboard - Charts for Employee Profile

With this version, reports with charts and the employee name filter are added to the employee profile. To elaborate, if charts are added to a certain report with the filter “Employee Name’, the chart can be added to the employee profiles to reflect the relevant information from that report. This feature saves time for the admins and allows them to easily see summarized visualizations of a statement regarding each individual employee.
