This feature allows you to define all information concerning employees’ qualifications. It is further segmented into the following subcategories.
- Skills
- Education
- Licenses
- Languages
- Membership
Skills
The user can define various sets of skills that can be later used in the Employee Management Module. To begin, go to Employee Management -> Qualifications -> Skills
Step 1 – Click the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Then the "Add Skills" screen displays as follows.
Step 2 – Name the skill as you may deem and add a short description of what it is.
Step 3 – Click ‘Save’.
Step 4 - Click on the pencil icon next to it to edit a particular skill type you have already entered.
Education
The user can list down types of educational qualifications that can later be used in the Employee Management Module Module. To begin, go to Employee Management -> Qualifications-> Education
Step 1 – Click the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Then the "Add Education" screen displays as follows.
Step 2 – Enter the Level of Education.
Step 3 – Click on the ‘Save’ button.
Step 4 - Click on the pencil icon next to it to edit a particular education type you have already created.
Licenses
The user can list down types of licenses that can be later used in the Employee Management Module Module. To begin, go to Employee Management -> Qualifications-> Licenses
Step 1 – Click the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Then the "Add Licenses" screen displays as follows.
Step 2 – Enter the name of the License.
Step 3 – Click ‘Save’.
Step 4 - Click on the pencil icon next to it to edit a particular license type you have already created.
Languages
The user can define different types of languages that employees in your company speak, which can be used in the Employee Management Module Module later. To begin, go to Employee Management -> Qualifications-> Languages
Step 1 – Click the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Then the "Add Language" screen displays as follows.
Step 2 – Enter the name of the Language.
Step 3 – Click ‘Save’.
Step 4 - Click on the pencil icon next to it to edit a particular language type you have already created.
Memberships
This feature allows the HR Admin to define different membership details of the employees which can be used in the Employee Management Module Module later. To begin, go to Employee Management -> Qualifications-> Membership
Step 1 – Click on the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the screen. Then the "Add Membership" screen displays as follows.
Step 2 – Enter the name of the Membership.
Step 3 – Click ‘Save’.
Step 4 - Click on the pencil icon next to it to edit a particular membership type you have already created.
Nationalities
This feature allows the HR Admin to define the different nationalities that are present in the company which can later be used in the Employee Management Module Module. Various nationalities are already pre-defined.
To begin, go to Employee Management-> Nationalities
Step 1 – Click on the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the screen. The "Add Nationality" screen displays as below.
Step 2 – Enter the name of the Nationality.
Step 3 – Click ‘Save’.
Step 4 - Click on the pencil icon next to it to edit a particular nationality you have already created.
