Admins can download a complete report of ratings received for Competencies and Goals as well as the answers to the appraisal questions. The report will include the responses provided by each reviewer. To generate the report, go to Reports and Analytics > Performance Result Export.

Step 1 - Select the "Subunit" along with the Appraisal duration and click 'Export Performance Data'.

The report will be generated as shown below.
