The admin user can configure the leave module calendar to define the users who will have visibility of the leave requests in the system. Certain leave statuses and leave types can also be hidden via the Leave calendar configuration. To configure the leave calendar, select Leave-> More-> Configure-> Leave Calendar. The Leave Calendar Configuration screen will appear.

Visibility for the Admins and Supervisors
By default, the Admin users will be able to see the leave requests of the employees in their administrative regions. The supervisors will be able to see the leave requests of their subordinates. As shown in the below screenshot it is possible to hide requests for both admins and Supervisors based on leave status.
