Access the disciplinary module, Go to Employee Management -> Discipline -> Disciplinary Cases
Filter Disciplinary Cases
Step 1 – Click the Filter button on the top right corner of the screen. The Filter Employees by Screen will appear.
There are a few options to use as filtering criteria. You are able to combine multiple filters.

Step 1 - To add a disciplinary case, click the ‘Add’ button on the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then the Add Disciplinary Case Screen gets appeared as follows.
Step 2 – Fill in the following fields.

Step 3 – Click ‘Save.’ A more detailed Add disciplinary case screen will appear.
Step 4 – You can either ‘Take Disciplinary action’ from this screen or click Cancel to exit and do the same later as explained in the next section.
Taking Disciplinary Actions
Once you have a Case created, you can add one of the defined disciplinary actions to it.
Step 1 – From the Disciplinary Cases List, Click on the Case Name. Then the Add Disciplinary Case Screen will appear.
Step 2 – Click the Take Disciplinary Actions Button.
Step 3 – From the list that pops up, select the action you want to perform and click the ‘Select button. The Add Action Screen will appear.
Step 4 – Fill in the following fields.

Describe the task and add any information necessary |
Step 5 – Click ‘Save.’
Step 6 – If there are any document templates attached to the action created, a new ‘Create document’ button will appear on the left of the Save button.
Step 7 – Click the ‘Create Document’ Button. A list of available document templates will be shown.
Step 8 – Choose the document you want to use and click ’Select.’ The document will be opened in another window where you can download the pdf or DOCX format of the "Disciplinary Document - Verbal Warning".
Step 9 - Click the Document name in the document section to open.
