Once the candidates are in the system, they can be moved through the different stages based on how the vacancy workflow is set.
The First Step is shortlisting or rejecting the candidates. The system allows you to shortlist candidates who are proceeding to the next stage of the recruitment process and to reject candidates who will not be advancing through the recruitment process.

Depending on how the flow is set, you can schedule the Tests and Interviews. The candidates, Interviewers, and Test coordinators will receive notifications when an event is scheduled.
