A company may attract many candidates for a vacancy /vacancies and sometimes the amount can be overwhelming. However, a company is only capable of onboarding a few candidates for the relevant vacancy. Candidates are shortlisted based on various factors such as experience, level of education, how they faced the interview, etc. Similarly, a company can reject candidates based on the above-mentioned factors. Both shortlisting and rejecting candidates can be time-consuming and challenging as there could be candidates with similar levels of education and experience.

How to add notes into workflow stages, Reject an employee with notices & auto-update dates
Go to Recruitment -> Vacancies. Afterward, click on the vacancy displayed on the vacancy list on the 'Vacancy' screen. Alternatively, the user can follow this path as well: Recruitment -> Candidates.
Step 1: In both the above-mentioned paths the user should check the 'Stage' section for the shortlisted category and then click on the icon. Upon clicking the button, the following screen is triggered.
Step 2: Select the preferred candidate the user wishes to shortlist by clicking on the candidate’s avatar. Upon choosing the preferred candidate’s avatar one of the following can opt
- The user can click the icon to proceed with the candidate to the next round or click the icon to reject the candidate
Also, the user can select multiple employees by enabling the checkbox and perform the same above-mentioned actions in bulk.
