The question pool consists of multiple questions covering different subject matter areas. After a question is created, it is assigned a difficulty level from 1 to 3. When a question is answered, the interviewed person grades it.
The system then generates another question based on the provided answer.
To add questions to use when creating Interview Templates, use the Question Pool.
Step 1 - Select Recruitment > Configuration >Question pool. The Question Pool appears.
Step 2 - Click the Filter button to select a particular Competency. Then questions mapped to that competency will appear. The number highlighted in each question represents the difficulty of that question on a scale of 1-5.
Step 3 - Click the Add button. Then the Add Interview Question screen appears.
Step 4 - Complete the following fields on this screen:

Upload Questions in bulk
If a user wants to upload questions in bulk, upon clicking the arrow icon as shown below, the user can upload multiple questions at once to the Question pool.
Step 5 -
Once all fields have been added, click Add. Then the new question appears in the question pool.
