Language is not only a mode of communication but it also an element that makes the employees feel comfortable within their workplace.
For effective communication within an organization, it is important to implement and have languages that employees are comfortable with. Every So Often a company may even use multiple languages to communicate with different groups based on their ethnicity or locale.
