A company may have many events which they need to notify their employees about. A company communicates these events through news and documents. Both these mediums are mainly used with the intention of informing their employees in advance so that employees have some sort of idea of what they are going to get involved in and get the acknowledgment of the employee on the created event. With this in mind, OHRM has a report called the ‘Employee Acknowledgement Report’ feature. This report allows the admin to create a consolidated report on News or Documents with their acknowledgment status.
To access this feature, go to Reports and Analytics -> Employee Acknowledgements of News and Documents Report. The ‘Employee Acknowledgements of News and Documents Report’ screen is displayed as follows.
Step 1– Complete the following fields.

Generate the report based on the employment status. This field is ‘autosuggestion’ enabled and also the user can choose the predefined options from the drop-down as well. The user can choose from Part-Time Contract, Full-Time Contract, Full Time Permanent, Freelance and many more. |
Location |
Generate the report based on the location. This field is ‘autosuggestion’ enabled and also the user can choose the predefined options from the drop-down as well |
Topic |
Generate the report based on the topic. This field is ‘autosuggestion’ enabled and also the user can choose the predefined options from the drop-down as well |
Published Status |
The user can generate the report based on the published status. The user can choose from the following options mentioned in the dropdown:

The user can specify the time period and generate the report based on the specified time period. |

The user can specify the time period and generate the report based on the specified time period. |

Step 2 – Click ‘Generate’ after completing the above fields. The following screen is activated upon clicking the ‘Generate’ button.
Step 3 – Click the icons to download the report either as PDF or CSV.
