The main purpose of having trackers is to measure your performance in order to increase your productivity and identify areas for self-improvement to enable you to grow in the organization. Trackers allow you to:
Boost your morale and productivity based on feedback from your reviewer
Keep track of any achievements and areas that require improvement
Positive and Negative logs for trackers highlight areas that may require focus and self-improvement
Get visibility of all trackers that have been assigned to you over the years
Once the tracker has been added, you can view that tracker under 'My Tracker List'. Please follow these steps to view the trackers that are assigned to you:
Step 1 - You have to select 'My Trackers' under the 'Performance' module. If there are already added trackers for you, those trackers will be displayed as follows. If no trackers exist, it will show as "No Records Found.
Step 2 - When you click the 'Tracker Name' or the 'Employee Name', you will navigate to the 'My Tracker Log list' of the selected tracker.
You can view the details of the already added performance tracker logs submitted by the reviewer and any submitted by you.

Step 3 - You can add Performance Tracker logs to your tracker by clicking the Add Logs button.
You can also use the Record button, located at the bottom-right corner of the comment field, to add your comment using your voice. It will transcribe speech to text in real time, supporting all system languages.
You can now use the AI-powered Performance Tracker log name generation feature to create log names with just one tap.
Note - The AI-powered Performance Tracker log name generation feature and Voice Input for Comments are available if configured in your instance.
Step 4 - Complete all the required fields. Click 'Save' after completing the above-mentioned fields. Once completed, a performance tracker log will be created.

Upon adding, the newly added log will be displayed in the list as follows.
You can edit the log that you have created by clicking your name, making your required changes, and saving it. Also, you will be able to see the logs that your reviewers have added.
Note - The system does not allow you to edit logs that have been added by your reviewers.
Only admins can edit logs that have been added by you and your reviewers.
