An HR department of a company may want to conduct an analysis regarding its overall recruitment process in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current recruitment process. Many HRIS may not be able to provide such insight but with OrangeHRM’s “Vacancy Succession Report” feature a company can get more insight into different aspects of their recruitment process.
This report can be generated as a graphical summary of how many candidates have applied and how many candidates have been shortlisted and hired for a particular vacancy that has been added.
Go to Reports and Analytics -> Vacancy Succession Report. The ‘Vacancy Succession Report’ screen is displayed as follows :
Step 2 - Complete the following fields

Step 3 - After defining the search criteria click ‘View’. Upon clicking ‘View’ the ‘ Vacancy Succession Report’ screen appears with graphical illustrations.
