Onboarding is an integral part of any organization. This is the first step to welcoming a new employee. This process needs meticulous planning and preparation. During this stage, it is important for HR professionals to know the extent to which the tasks for an event have been completed and also to identify the extent to which a participant for a specific event has completed his / her allocated tasks for that particular event.
HR professionals can now get a report regarding the progress of an event and get report regarding the extent to which participants for a specific event have completed his/her allocated tasks.
Event Progress Report
This report shows the extent to which the tasks relating to an event have been completed. The progress is expressed via a percentage.
To access this feature, go to Reports and Analytics-> On/Off Boarding ->Event Progress Report
Upon following this path, the 'Event Progress Report' screen is triggered.
Step 1 - Click to expand and make a certain section of the above screen visible.
Step 2 - Upon following step 1 a selection criterion (which is the 'Event' field) is made visible to the user. The 'Event' field is capable of incorporating multiple entries from the dropdown. The user can enter preferred 'Event(s)' in this field.
Step 3 - Click 'Generate' to generate a report which is based on the 'Event(s)' that was defined.
Step 4 - Click either button to download as a 'PDF' or 'CSV' file.
Participant Progress Report
The participant progress report shows the extent to which a participant of an event has completed his / her allocated tasks for that particular event. The progress is expressed via a %.
To access this feature, go to Reports and Analytics-> On/Off Boarding ->Participant Progress Report
Upon following this path, the 'Participant Progress Report' screen is triggered.
