Introduced a new request form to submit self resignation
In this latest version, we have added a new request form called “Resignation Request”. Self-resignation refers to the act of an employee voluntarily resigning from their job without being prompted or forced to do so by their employer. This means that the decision to leave the company is made by the employee themselves, often due to personal reasons such as career growth, dissatisfaction with the job or company, or a desire to pursue other opportunities. Self-resignation is different from being terminated or laid off by the employer, as it is a voluntary action taken by the employee.
With the most recent version, customers may now choose the default approver for each level during the request definition process, supporting up to five approval levels in total. With the help of this functionality, we may now add additional levels of approval if a particular request requires more than three. Depending on the need, we may also assign an immediate supervisor or default approvers as level approvers. Also, Improved delegation capabilities now allow the primary request owner to seamlessly delegate tasks to a secondary owner if required.
Enhancements to the Request Closure Report now include the ‘Duration to Close’ for requests.
The Request Closure Report now includes the time it takes to close requests. This means that you can now easily track how long request owners have taken to complete their assigned tasks. This feature will be very helpful in identifying bottlenecks and improving the overall efficiency of the request closure process.
