Accessing hiring requisitions in the Orange HRM system serves several purposes in the recruitment and hiring process within an organization. Here are some key purposes for accessing hiring requisitions:

Employee Hiring Requisitions
Employee Hiring Requisitions provide a centralized and standardized platform for managing job openings within the organization. It ensures consistency in job postings, eliminates manual paperwork, and streamlines the entire hiring process from requisition creation to candidate selection.
Hiring requisitions in the Orange HRM system typically involve an approval workflow. By utilizing this feature, HR personnel can define and automate the approval process, ensuring that requisitions are routed to the appropriate approvers based on predefined rules and hierarchies. This streamlines the approval process, reduces delays, and improves overall efficiency.
Step 1 - To view the Employee Hiring Requests, the user can search for the request type and narrow down the related requests using the "Quick Search" feature.
'Configure' icon in the Employee Hiring Requests feature
The user can customize the columns to display in the Request List view. By clicking the configuration icon in the top-left corner of the list, up to 18 columns can be selected.
After making the selections, click the Save button to apply the changes.
Filter option in the Employee Hiring Requisitions
The Filter option allows HR personnel to quickly search and retrieve specific requisitions based on various criteria such as job title, department, location, or status. This saves time and effort compared to manually scrolling through a long list of requisitions, especially when searching for specific or past requisitions.
Step 2: To search for Employee Hiring Requisitions, you can fill in the relevant data in the filter options provided. Click on the Search button.

Step 3: In the list view the user can see the requests that need to be actioned and click the request to see the details.
Ex: The below request no "000003" has been approved by the 1st approver, Miguel, and it is pending with Cece who is the final approver in this request.
Once the request has been approved by Cece, the next task is aligned with the primary owner, Aaron to action the task. Once the request has been approved by the requester, the request status gets changed to "Approved".
Perform actions for Requests
When executing actions on a request or requests, the granted access for performing these actions will be determined by the user role and the specific role the employee holds in relation to that request.
An approver for a request will be able to either approve, reject, or export a request. The Primary owner will have the privilege to edit, resolve, request info, export, create vacancies, and withdraw requests
Delegate the Request Approval
The primary request owner can re-route approvers of an individual request if the approver is not present/available.
Identify the request status along with whom the request is pending and the approver’s level. This addition to the request desk will improve user experience and provide an easy view of the request status from the list view.
View Request History
When there is an action recorded in a request in the Request Desk, it is can be seen in a new section under request history. Here you can see the action and the user who performed the action along with the action date and time.
How to Withdraw a Request
In the event of an invalid request submission, the primary owner can cancel the request by selecting "Withdraw."
Request Info
Should additional information be required from the requester, the primary owner and approvers can select "Request Info." Granting approvers the ability to request additional information from the requester enhances the request resolution process by fostering better communication and ensuring that all relevant details are available on time. With one click approvers can request additional information with this designated button to request more info. This action triggers an email notification to the requester, prompting them to resubmit with the requested information.
Start Conversation
One of the most critical aspects of request management is to track down conversations that happened for the request. The OrangeHRM request desk module encourages the user to have a conversation about the request and keep a record of it for future use. This allows the employees to be more focused and efficient in getting the request fulfilled easily. If the user needs to start a real-time conversation with the request owner, admin, requester, and approver/s. The "Conversation" feature can be utilized to start a conversation with the request workflow owners.
Create Vacancy
After receiving approval from the approvers, the primary owners can proceed by clicking "Create Vacancy" to initiate the vacancy creation process. (If the recruitment module has been purchased, the vacancy creation page will open as depicted below.)
Once the task is completed the status of the request will show as 'Completed'
Export the request form information for internal reference by clicking the "Export" option.
Send Emails
This feature ensures that all stakeholders are kept informed and that communication is timely and accurate, ultimately improving the overall management and resolution of requests. By clicking the "Send Email" button the users can send emails to the respective authorities.
Add the respective subscribers and send the request form details. Once done, the sent emails will be shown under the Email History Section.
