The Employee My Info Dashboard is a specialized section within the OrangeHRM platform that empowers employees to access their Profile details, view their remaining leave balances, review appraisals and goals, check timesheet information, and more, all conveniently located in a centralized space.
In my info dashboard, you can also view various useful widgets such as the Quick access widget, Leave balance widget, Leave list widget, Timesheet widget, track performance, and much more.
In order to view the Employee My Info Dashboard go to Employee Management > My Info/profile from the Dashboard
About Widget
In this widget, you can see all the Basic info, Job info, and contact details with the name and designation along with the job location.
You can also add or remove your profile picture by clicking the setting icon right next to your profile picture.
Step 1: Click the icon shown on the screen below to add/update your profile picture
Employees can remove or configure what information should show in the About widget by clicking the settings icon in the top right corner of the widget.
Quick Access widget
With the Quick Access widget, employees can easily access their Appraisals, Goals, Individual development plans, and disciplinary cases that have been created for them within the system.
Step 2: Select 'Appraisals' to view the assessments generated for the respective employee.
Step 3: To return to the previous screen, click on "Employee Profile" as shown below.
Leave Balance and Leave List widgets
leave Balance widgets will show the balance amount of leaves from the entitled leaves for the period and the Leave list widget will show you the overview of the leaves taken and utilized for the current year. You can also view the requested leaves by clicking View 'My Leave' from the Leave List widget
Timesheets widget
This widget will show the time that you have added against each activity in the projects. You can also see the number of total times worked for the week in the widget.
The submission status and timesheet data for the previous weeks can be seen by clicking the dropdown button.
Step 4: To view the timesheet information in detailed screen, select the timesheet period for the dropdown and then click the "View Timesheets".
Time at Work widget
The Time at Work widget provides employees with a real-time view of their logged hours and attendance information. You can see the hours worked for today and for the whole week by this widget. You can also see a graphical chart showing the times utilized for the week.
Performance - Goals/OKRs widget
Tracking performance is essential for both employees and organizations. The dashboard allows employees to view performance goals and objectives and track their progress over time. This promotes transparency, encourages self-assessment, and facilitates constructive discussions during performance reviews.
Step 5: To view the all goals, click "View Goal List"
Step 6: By clicking the configuration icon you can define the date period to view the goal list.
Step 7: By default, it shows the goals that are pending, in progress, and achieved Click the "<" ">" arrow keys to view the goals with other stages, such as not achieved, on-hold goals.
Step 8: Selecting the goals within the widget allows you to update your goal progress using this widget.
Widget Configuration
Step 1: Click the configure icon to select what widgets to display on the dashboard screen. When clicking the configuration icon, you can see the widgets that are available and you can define the user roles to whom you are going to make these widgets available.
By clicking the down arrow you can select the employee group to whom you are going to make this widget available. Enabling the ‘default selected to’ option for a particular user role will result in that particular widget being displayed on the dashboard screen by default.
