Appraisal List Improvements
This is a new, improved usability feature that allows admins to filter appraisals in the appraisal list using the new “include” field. With this feature, it is now possible for HR admin users to filter the appraisals by current employees, past employees, or current and past employees.
This feature can be accessed by navigating to Performance → Appraisal List. By clicking the filter option, you can see the new filter option ‘Include’.
In addition to that, there is another new feature added to the filter window called Hide outdated appraisals, which allows users to define a period to view appraisals within that period.
Usability improvements in the appraisal list screen
This new feature allows authorized users to efficiently move between different sections of the appraisal process, enhancing workflow efficiency and saving time. We have also improved the user experience on the system in the appraisal window by providing smooth navigation between the Appraisal view screen and the Appraisal list screen. Now we can seamlessly switch between the Review screen and the Appraisal Config screen
New additions in the Performance Trackers
This new feature allows the supervisor to create tracker logs with more than two types of feedback. In the earlier version, the system had provisions for two types of feedback, positive and negative. However, with the introduction of new features, we now can define more than two feedback types from the back end. Once Configured the new Feature is visible in the Dashboard. Simply navigate to Employee Management → Dashboard and see the updated Performance Tracker Log widget here.
In the latest release, employees now have The Performance Tracker log in the My info tab.
In addition to that, in the Performance tracker list screen, we have added a new improvement to the sorting option; now users can sort the list by Modified date.
Enhancements in the appraisal review section
With this release, we have introduced a new feature called ‘Goal Selection Score’. This feature allows users to decide whether or not to consider goals or competencies’ scores when calculating final scores for appraisal. We have implemented functionality to configure the appraisal process backend task. This task allows users to determine whether to consider or exclude goal weight in the absence of defining goals.
With this new feature, pagination history will be saved while the user navigates in the appraisal module, and now the user will be able to go back to the previous page instead of moving to the first page. Allowing users to navigate smoothly and easily between form screens.
Improvements in the performance trackers under the reports section
The enhanced Reports and Analytics feature will allow admins to add performance tracker details to a broader set of reports. The cross-module functionality has been enhanced to incorporate Employee Trackers, enabling users to access both Employee Management and Trackers in a unified report. By combining performance data with other HR metrics, managers and stakeholders can gain a comprehensive view of employee performance and make informed decisions.
The cross-module reports feature allows admins to generate reports using tracker log feedback that was recorded from the tracker log. By creating a new report, we can define the option to add tracker logs as the columns that will show in the reports and analytics section.
