Display the E-Signature Section in the Document
This release has introduced a feature to add E-signature capabilities within the system to documents in the recruitment module. The E-signature feature. With this feature, the document signing process becomes more smooth and more efficient for both parties. We have also made important performance enhancements by optimizing the caching mechanism. As a result loading time between screens has been significantly reduced.
To utilize this feature go to Candidates profile → Create Document, From here Click on the preview of the Job Offer document.
Once you have verified all the details in this screen click preview and here you will see the preview of the document and the field to register the E-signature at the end of the document.
To send a request to the candidate to sign the document using E-signature you can use this ‘Send E-signature request’ button.
Capture Job Offer Details
This latest development phase introduces a robust job offer feature that empowers users to efficiently capture, utilize, and track job offer details. With customizable options, document template integration, automated data population, and auditing capabilities, our system offers a seamless and transparent job offer process.
With this feature, you can easily select the candidate stage from the candidate list by navigating through Recruitment (ATS) → Candidates. Here, you can easily select the stage using the dropdown available for each candidate.
Once you select the stage as a Job Offer you will get this screen where you can easily capture the job offer details.
Change Candidate Profile Image
In this release, we have introduced the ability to upload or change candidate profile pictures as needed, providing more flexibility and control. The Hiring Manager or Admin now can modify the Candidate's Profile Image.
To get the candidate profile, navigate to Recruitment → Candidate tab → Click on a candidate’s name. From here, you can see an edit icon near the picture. By clicking that, you can add or remove profile pictures as you wish.
Ability to preview the document prior to generating the document
With this release, when generating a document for a candidate, the system provides a preview screen showing all the information that will be used for the document to be generated. The screen allows the user to alter any value directly on it.
Go to Create Document from the Candidate profile; here you can see the documents previously created for this candidate. When you click on ‘Preview’ you will get a screen to edit the document before sending it to the candidate.
The ability to create document templates is now available for the Hiring Manager.
The latest releases enable users to create document templates, generate documents, and send job offers directly through the system. To enhance the feature, hiring managers can manage document templates for candidates specially tailored to their assigned vacancies. This gives the hiring manager more control over the document template relevant to their roles. Previously this permission was only available to administrators. This addition addresses client demand and ensures competitiveness in the market.
Usability and UI improvements around viewing the Candidate Profiles screen
This release has Improved the user interface which enables unobstructed note-taking on candidate profiles while viewing their CV. Now hiring managers or interviewers can add notes to the resume very easily with the position of note to maintain readability and visibility. Navigate to the ‘Resume’ tab in the candidate profile, and here you will see the notes section added alongside the resume to easily view and add notes on the resume.
