Admin can configure the certificate with a rich look
Certification is to formally validate an individual's knowledge, skills, and competence in a specific subject or field. Obtaining a certification demonstrates that the individual has met certain standards and has successfully completed a standardized assessment or examination. Certifications are often used to enhance credibility, establish expertise, and provide a benchmark of proficiency for employers, clients, or peers. They can be valuable for career advancement, job opportunities, and professional development, as they signify a level of expertise that can be recognized and respected within a particular industry or profession.
In this latest version, there is a configuration option for admins to give the awarded certificate after a test a more visually appealing and rich look. Certificates are awarded once any user completed a test in the system.
To configure the certificate navigate to Training → Online Assessment Courses → Configure certificate template, Here you can add or remove tokens or do any edits as you wish to make the certificate look better.

Additional validation when submitting the test by the employee
The latest update introduces additional validation measures for test submissions by employees. The system now provides a warning if an employee tries to submit a test without answering all the questions. This feature aims to reduce errors and improve test result accuracy. By reminding employees to review and answer all questions, it encourages a thorough completion of the test, leading to more reliable assessment outcomes and a comprehensive evaluation of knowledge and skills.
Ability to send Email notifications by the system when the Course Coordinators are Added or Removed from the Course
In the recent system update, whenever a Course Coordinator is added or removed from a course, the system will promptly trigger an email notification to inform relevant stakeholders. This notification will be sent to the reviewers, approvers, and participant employees. The email will foster transparency and ensure everyone involved is aware of the latest organizational changes.
If admins wish to view the email notification templates navigate to HR Administration → Configurations → Email Notifications → Other.
