Requesting to upload documents by the candidate after hiring
To make sure new employees can start smoothly and quickly, The system now requests documents through tasks. The task will be predefined in the onboarding template. The task owner/employee can easily upload these documents themselves while completing tasks. Our system will then sync these documents with Employee Management. This simplifies the data entry process and helps new employees settle in without problems.
Rename ‘Participants’ as ‘Employees’ in On/offboarding Module
Renaming participants as "Employees" in the onboarding and off-boarding modules of OrangeHRM facilitates a smooth transition from candidates to onboarded staff. This will give a clear idea and avoid confusion among the team.
With the "Employee" tag, individuals are more accountable for their contributions and actions during the event. The system can track their performance, progress, and adherence to deadlines, facilitating better oversight and management.
Ability to filter events by specifying a date range
This release has added the ability to filter events in the On/offboarding Module by specifying a date range, offering users a powerful and efficient way to narrow down and access relevant event information within a specific timeframe. This feature greatly enhances the usability of event management systems and enables users to find, track, and analyze events with precision and ease.
Include a hyperlink to the respective event in the email notification that is sent to the event owners after an event is activated
The event management process is greatly improved in this release by including a link to the relevant event in the email sent to the event owners after an event has been set up. By enabling this, event owners, such as HR managers or team leads, can access and control the event directly from the link given in the email and streamline the onboarding and offboarding processes.
The latest events/templates are displayed at the top of the list.

It also provides easy access to newly created events and templates, which can be easily accessed from the top of the screen.
