This improvement is enhanced to incorporate the reports for the Performance Module, enabling users to access both Employee Management and Goals/OKRs in a unified report. The employee goal/OKR-related reports are valuable for performance management and development. In the latest system update, we have given access to show the goal weightage to the corresponding goal when creating a performance report. In addition to this, HR managers are provided with a convenient and efficient way to access and download these reports with goal weightage through the Reports and Analytics feature.
Another enhancement has been made to the summary of the employee appraisal by giving the ability to combine both appraisal data with employee management data to create consolidated reports. These Reports will greatly help admins to make informed decisions by having cross-module data in one report.
