With the new release, the system is now capable of adding or adjusting goal weights after creating goals in appraisals. This will allow appraisal owners to add or adjust goal weights if they have missed adding when creating the appraisal. 

In the Goal List screen, you can see a new column displaying the goal weight alongside the goal to adjust the weight as needed.

In the appraisal process, we are enhancing transparency and clarity by presenting weight percentages for each competency and goal. These weight percentages will also be displayed in distinct sections as a percentage of the overall appraisal.

Furthermore, these weight percentages will be included in the exported PDF and DOCX sheets, ensuring that all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of how each component contributes to the overall evaluation.

HR Admins can now decide if the assigned weights to competencies, goals, and sections should be visible or not, In the appraisal form design screen now we can enable or disable displaying the weight by clicking ‘Show Section and Rated Item Weights on Appraisal’ enable button.
