In some organizations, the higher possibilities are sometimes even though the yearly goals are decided at the beginning of the year due to priorities and time new goals/ objectives can be assigned for the employees. In such cases now it is possible to add newly created goals to the appraisal. Once a new goal is created admins will now see the goal details screen.
Following are the enhancements done in the Appraisal configuration screen in the Performance Module.
- Add a signature field section for appraisal download. To facilitate this feature we have added a new enable button in the configuration including a signature section for downloads.
- Restrict the reviewer’s submission when the appraisal is not completed. With this enhancement when the user tries to submit the appraisal without completing the required fields the appraisal system will now prevent submission notifying the user to fill in the required fields.
