Reports in the request desk now have the ability to use filters such as Employee ID and Cost Center in the reports. This feasibility will allow admins to create specific reports using Employee ID and Cost Center data.

A new report has been introduced to show the number of requests closed by each request owner. This report is a very useful addition to the reporting as with this report we can gate an overview of how many requests are closed by each request owner.
