The latest update includes a feature that enables the addition of On/offboarding templates while specifying the location. This functionality empowers admins or task owners to apply the template to their chosen locations. Additionally, this enhancement allows Admins to exclusively Event Owners who are situated in the specified location when including participants.
In the list view, users can easily view the added locations by clicking these three dots, which will show you the countries added in the template.
The system sends a welcome email to new employees based on their join date and location, with the timing adjustable for flexibility. The Employee welcome email body is improved with the new release by adding comprehensive information about the incoming new employee in the email such as;
- Employee ID: %employeeId%
- Full Name: %employeeFullName%
- Job Title: %jobTitle%
- Job Category: %jobCategory%
- Supervisor: %supervisorNames%
- Cost Center: %costCenter%
- Location: %location%
- Work Email: %workEmail%
- Work Telephone: %workTelephone%
- Mobile: %mobile%
- Gender: %gender%
- EEO Race: %eeoRace%
- Previous Work Experience: %workExperience%
All the information is captured from the system from the corresponding tokens. The inclusion of these details not only fosters a sense of anticipation among existing employees but also serves as a valuable resource for establishing early connections and understanding the evolving organizational structure.
The latest feature allows for greater flexibility in managing on/offboarding tasks by introducing the option to designate them as "on hold" when required. This feature enhances the adaptability of task management processes, ensuring that tasks can be paused and resumed seamlessly, aligning with the evolving needs of the organization.
Furthermore with this feature supervisors can also check the status of their subordinates, whether the task is complete, incomplete, or on hold.
A significant enhancement has been implemented for the process of including employees in Onboarding or Offboarding events. Event owners can now efficiently add multiple employees by applying filters based on criteria like their Joining date, Termination date, Location, Subunit, and Job title. This functionality proves invaluable when an event owner needs to include all employees who joined the company in the previous month, as they can now filter employees by their Joining date and include them in the event seamlessly.
