The Online Assessment Analytics report refers to a set of data analytics that provides insights and analysis of online assessments that the employees have undergone. Online assessment reports include the employee assessment results and the completion date and time. The analytics report aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of various aspects related to online assessments.
To access this report Go to Reports and Analytics -> Training-> Online Assessment Analytics. The ‘Online Assessment Analytics’ screen is displayed as follows.
Step 1 – Fill in the available fields to narrow down the search and get the desired result(s).

Search based on the employee’s name. The user can select multiple employees. |

Course Name |
Based on the name of the course. The user can choose a ‘Course Title’ from the previously created course titles. Also, the user can choose multiple course titles. |

Subunit |
Based on the department the course was created for. The user can choose multiple departments. |

Course Status |
Based on the status of the course. The user can choose 'Completed', 'Failed', 'In progress', 'Not Started', or 'Viewed' from the drop-down. |

Based on the employee who created the course. Only the admin users can create courses |

Course Created date |
Based on the date the course was created. |
Step 2 – Click ‘Generate’ after completing the above fields. The report is generated and displayed.
Step 3- To download the report, click the . Then the user can download the report as a PDF or as a CSV file.
