As the HR manager, it is your responsibility to track various details once a course has been allocated to employees. This includes monitoring the number of attempts made by employees to complete the course, their scores, as well as details such as the course issuance and expiry dates for internal record-keeping. To access this information, you can refer to the following report
To access this report Go to Reports and Analytics -> Training-> Online Assessment Course Employee Analytics. The ‘Online Assessment Analytics’ screen is displayed as follows.
Step 1 – Fill in the available fields to narrow down the search and get the desired result(s).

Based on the name of the course. The user can choose a ‘Course Title’ from the previously created course titles. Also, the user can choose multiple course titles. |

Course Status |
Based on the status of the course. The user can choose 'Completed', 'Failed', 'In progress', 'Not Started', or 'Viewed' from the drop-down. |

Search based on the date the course was issued |
Expiry Date |
Search based on course expiration date |
Step 2 – Click ‘Generate’ after completing the above fields. The report is generated and displayed.
Step 3- To download the report, click the . Then the user can download the report as a PDF or as a CSV file.
