When creating courses for employees, the assessments may involve open-book examinations or require employees to review documents/learning video materials before beginning the assessments. Consequently, the HR manager is interested in generating a report that provides insights into the duration employees spent reviewing the learning materials and the overall time taken to complete the course.
To access this report Go to Reports and Analytics -> Training-> Online Assessment Course Material Analytics. The ‘Online Assessment Analytics’ screen is displayed as follows.
Step 1 – Fill in the available fields to narrow down the search and get the desired result(s).

Search based on the employee’s name. The user can select multiple employees. |

Course Name |
Based on the name of the course. The user can choose a ‘Course Title’ from the previously created course titles. Also, the user can choose multiple course titles. |
Subunit |
Based on the department the course was created for. The user can choose multiple departments. |
Course Status |
Based on the status of the course. The user can choose 'Completed', 'Failed', 'In progress', 'Not Started', or 'Viewed' from the drop-down. |
Course Completed Date from and To |
Based on the date the course was completed. |
Step 2 – Click ‘Generate’ after completing the above fields. The report is generated and displayed.
Step 3- To download the report, click the . Then the user can download the report as a PDF or as a CSV file.
