How to Generate the Employee Goals Report

Employee goals are really important for a company to grow and for each person to get better at their job. It's important to keep an eye on these goals, check how they're going, and show them in a way that makes sense. OrangeHRM has a special part in its system just for handling these goals and making reports. This article will help you understand how to use OrangeHRM to make reports about employee goals, so you can see how things are going and decide what to do next.

Step 1- To access this feature, go to Reports and Analytics-> Performance ->Employee Goals Report. The Employee Goals Screen will appear below.

Field	Description
Include	Include goal information for current, current, and past or past employees only.
Employee Name	Enter the employee name or keep it blank if you want the report created for all employees.
Job title	Search based on the Job Title.
Location	Search based on the Location name.
Sub Unit	Search based on the subunit.
Type	Select the goal or objective.
Level	Select the Organization or individual.
Priority	Search based on the priority.
status	Search based on the status.
To/From (Due Date)	Search based on the date that has been set as the goal start date and completion date.
Weight	Enter the maximum and minimum value
Completion	Enter the maximum and minimum value
Show only rows with filter values	This option is also enabled when selecting the "Show only rows with filter values" from the pop-up window.

Step 2 - Click the 'Save as'

Field	Description
Report Name	Enter the report name
Select Folder	Search based on the selected folder
Make it Private	This option is also enabled when selecting "Make it private" from the pop-up window.

Step 3 - Click the 'Generate' and the report will appear below.

Step 4 - By clicking the button the user can 'Add chart' relevant fields after clicking this field.

Field	Description
Add Chart	Select either a Bar Chart or a Pie Chart
Group By	Search based on the Group By
Aggregate	Search based on the Aggregate
Aggregate Type	Search based on the Aggregate Type
Show Summary Table	This option is also enabled when selecting the "Show summary table" from the pop-up window.
Hide Detailed Date	This option is also enabled when selecting the "Hide detailed date" from the pop-up window.
Add to Dashboard	This option is also enabled when selecting the "Add to dashboard" from the pop-up window.
Add to Employee Dashboard	This option is also enabled when selecting the "Add to employee dashboard" from the pop-up window.
