The request management process refers to the structured and organized approach to handling and fulfilling various organizational requests. This process involves receiving, evaluating, prioritizing, and responding to requests from different sources. The purpose of a Request Closure Report is to provide a comprehensive overview of the entire process, from the request's initiation to its successful completion. It can be used for tracking purposes, documenting the steps taken, and ensuring that all relevant parties are informed about the outcome.
