The purpose of being able to view all the requests you have made in the system as an employee serves several important functions:

Go To Request Desk > More > My Requests > My General Request / My Hiring Requisitions
By clicking the 'View Progress' the user can see the progress in detail.
How to review update/ modify or withdraw a request
select the request and click the edit button to update the request information. If the user needs to withdraw a request click the 'Withdraw' button.
Start Conversation
This allows the employees to be more focused and efficient in getting the request fulfilled easily. If the user needs to start a real-time conversation with the request owner, admin, requester, and approver/s. The "Conversation" feature can be utilized to start a conversation with the request workflow owners.
Export the request form information for internal reference by clicking the "Export" option.
