Accessing employees' performance Goals through a mobile device offers several advantages:
- Convenience and Accessibility: Mobile access allows employees and managers to view and update performance Goals anytime, anywhere, enhancing flexibility and ensuring that performance management can seamlessly integrate into daily activities.
- Real-time Updates and Feedback: With mobile access, updates to performance Goals and feedback can be made in real-time, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and immediate recognition of achievements or areas needing attention.
- Increased Engagement: The ease of access through a mobile device can lead to higher engagement levels, as employees are more likely to regularly check in on their goals, track progress, and stay motivated.
The following are the features that are available in the Goals module.
- View Goal List and OKR
- View Details and Update Progress
- Add/Edit Goal and OKR
How to Add a Goal or Objective
Navigate to the Goals Module and select the Goal List. To create a Goal or an Objective, click the plus "+" button.
Following this, you will have the options to choose from, including Goal and Objective. To create a Goal, select Goals.
Use the table below as a reference and complete the required fields, and click 'Save'.

Weight | This field may allow you to assign a numerical or qualitative weight to the Goal or Objective, indicating its relative importance or impact. |
Priority | Define the Goal or Objective priority based on the following priority statuses: Low, Medium, High, and Critical |
Level | It could represent a level or category associated with the Goal or Objective. |
Assigned to | The owner’s name will be captured here. |
Status | Select the status (All, Pending, In progress, Achieved, Not Achieved, On Hold) |
Evaluator Groups | Select Evaluators for the Goal or Objective. |
Completion | The owner’s name will be captured here. |
Read Only (for Assignee) | This field implies that the Goal or Objective may be set to a read-only mode for the person to whom it is assigned, restricting their ability to modify certain aspects of the Goal. |
How to Create a Sub-Goal
To create a sub-goal, follow these steps:

Create a Goal: First, you need to create a primary goal. Once the goal is created, it will be displayed in the goal list.

Select the Goal: Click on the goal to which you wish to add a sub-goal.

Add Sub-Goal: Once you view the goal, you will see the option "Sub Goals". Once you click the Sub Goals, the Sub Goals screen will appear. Click the plus (+) button to add a sub-goal.
Complete the following fields in the form and click 'Save'.

To complete the process, click the "Submit" button after ensuring all required information has been added.
How to Add Key Results
A Key Result is also a Goal that retains the behavior of Goals, except:
- It can have a metric (optional)
- It has a parent (mandatory, and cannot be changed)
- It cannot have sub-goals
To create a key result, follow these steps:

Create an Objective: First, you need to create an Objective. Once the Objective is created, it will be displayed under My Goals.

Select the Objective to which you wish to add a Key result.

Once you view the objective, you will see the option "Key Results". Once you click the Key Results, the Key Results screen will appear. Click the plus (+) button to add a Key result.
Upon clicking, the following screen will appear. Fill in all the required details and click on the "Save" button.
How to view the Goal list and My Goals
To view the goals assigned to you, select 'Goal List'. To view the goals assigned to your employees, click on 'My Goals'.
View Goal/OKR Details
In the list view below, you will gain valuable insights into their Goals and Objectives. The following information will be reflected in the Goal, Objective & Key Results screen.
- The title of the Goal/OKR, Key Result, and Subgoal provides a quick identification for each Objective.
- The description of the Goal/OKR, Key Result, and Subgoal provides a more comprehensive understanding of each Goal.
- The Goal/OKR, Key Result, and Subgoal have assigned owners, making it straightforward to monitor the assigned employees and their progress.
- The priority of the Goal/OKR, Key Result, and Subgoal
- The segmentation of the Goal/OKR into Organizational and Individual levels allows for easy monitoring.
- The real-time progress tracking feature empowers admins to assess achievements and milestones efficiently.
In the top-left corner of each Goal, Objective, Sub Goal, or OKR, you'll find clearly marked labels:

- SG for Sub Goal
These labels help you quickly identify the type of item you're looking at, making navigation and management of goals more intuitive and organized.
How to filter the Goals list and My Goals
Click on the filter button located in the top-right corner of the screen. Fill the required fields, select the type, whether it's Goal, Objective, or an OKR. After filling in the details, click on the "Search button".

Set as Default Filter | User-defined filter definitions will be preserved if this option is enabled, thus allowing each user to customize the directory list as per their preference. Once this is toggled on, the existing filter combination will be saved and maintained for subsequent logins as a custom default filter. |
How to send Reminders
- How to send the individual reminders to the Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal owners
To send reminders, swipe left on the Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal that requires reminders, then click on the reminder button.
- How to send the reminders to the multiple Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal owners
You need to long-press on the Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal and then select any additional Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal for which they intend to send reminders. Following this selection, click on the notification button located in the top bar.
How to delete Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal
- How to delete an individual Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal
To remove a goal, OKR, key result, or sub-goal, swipe left on the respective item, then select the delete button to proceed. Click on the "Yes, Delete" button to confirm the deletion.
- How to delete multiple Goals/OKR, Key Results, or Subgoal
You need to long-press on the Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal and then select any additional Goal/OKR, Key Result, or Subgoal for which you want to delete. Following this selection, click on the delete button located in the top bar.
Unapproved Goals, Objectives, and Key Results
Unapproved goals refer to objectives that have been set or proposed by employees but have not yet received formal endorsement or authorization from their supervisors or management. These goals may be pending review for various reasons, such as alignment with the company's broader objectives, feasibility, resource allocation, or suitability within the employee's role and responsibilities. Supervisors may need to evaluate these goals to ensure they contribute effectively to the team's and the organization's success before giving their approval. To Access this option, navigate to Menu-> Goals-> Goals List-> Unapproved List.
When logged into the system as an admin, you can view the goals submitted by their employees. When logged into the system as a supervisor, you can view the goals submitted by your subordinates.
- How to approve multiple Goals/OKR, Key Results, or Subgoals
Navigate to the unapproved goal and long-press a single goal, select a few other goals, OKRs, etc. Then click on the 'Approve' button from the top bar. Then include the approval note, and then click the 'Approve' button.
Update Goals, Objectives, Key Results, and Subgoals
Select the Goals, Objectives, Key Results, and Subgoals. As seen in the screen below, click the "+" or "-" button to increase and decrease the progression of the Goal.
Goal and OKRs accomplishments can now be progressed beyond 100% to recognize and highlight those who have exceeded expectations. To update the Goal's status, click the down arrow next to the Goal's status.

How to add Comments
When clicking the "Comments" option, it will direct you to the following screen, and then you can add comments here.
How to upload attachments
To upload documents or any attachments, click the “Attachments” button from the Goal/OKR screen. Only files containing a maximum of 5 MB. Once you attach the file, click on the "Save" button.
