With this release, Admins have the ability to share reports with the user groups when creating the reports. This will help the admins to define the accessibility to the correct recipient as the first step or we can also define accessibility from an existing report. Simply by selecting the employee groups in the reports settings section, we can share the report to the relevant employee group. With this feature Supervisors, Heads of departments, and Employees can generate reports without having to depend on admins' availability.
A new report is introduced to show the average rating in appraisals from the different evaluator groups. This report will help the admins provide deeper insights into ratings given by Appraisal owners from different departments.
