Employees sometimes seek feedback on their potential assessment ratings, wanting to understand areas for improvement and elevate their individual contributions. To support this, we've added a new option in the Career Development module's nine-box metrics configuration screen. By selecting the option ‘Show Potential Assessment Section to the Employee Being Evaluated’ we can make it visible in the appraisals.

Additionally in the goal list when the goal owner changes the weight of the goals, now it shows an indication of the weight changes according to the goal weight percentage given.
