Go to Reports and Analytics -> Reports -> Performance -> Average Competency Score Given by Each Evaluator Across Reviews to view the available Reports in the system.
The Request Closure Report displays the information below

Include | Selecting the scope of employees to include in the report. |
Employee Name | Enter the Employee Name. |
Evaluator | The individual or entity responsible for conducting the appraisal or evaluation. |
Appraisal - From Date - Year | Indicates the start date or period of the appraisal process, usually in a year format. |
Appraisal - To Date - Year | Indicates the end date or period of the appraisal process, also in a year format. |
Evaluator Group | Selecting the evaluator's relationship to the employee being appraised. |
Main Evaluator | If there are multiple evaluators, this column may indicate the primary or lead evaluator. |
Appraisal Status | Select the current status of the appraisal process. Options include not initiated, initiated, rejected, or closed. |
Appraisal Circle | This column may provide additional context or categorization related to the appraisal process. |
Show Only Rows With Filter Values | This feature allows filtering the report to display only rows that meet specific criteria selected by the user. |
Step 1: After filling in all the details, click on 'Save As' and then 'Generate'.
Step 2: Click on the icon, you can "hide chart" or "show chart".
Step 3: Click on the icon, you can "Edit".
Step 4: The admin initiates the export process by selecting both the 'PDF' and 'CSV' icons, enabling the extraction of the tabular report.
