We have introduced a new feature allowing admins to add task types in bulk to the system. This feature will allow the admins to add many task types at once eliminating time consumption. Simply by adding a CSV file with the task type details you can add many task types at once.
The system now has the capability to send notifications to task owners and employees added to the tasks after the due date. This feature will come in handy when task owners or employees added to the task needed to send any documents or take action after the due date. Simply by adding after how many days or hours you need to be notified in the ’notify after’ field you can get the notification as you define.
Additionally, admins can now have the ability to add documents to the On/offboarding tasks as attachments. By having the ability to add attachments to the tasks admins can communicate important information and data with the employees. As an example, admins can add documents such as Employee handbooks, Benefit Enrollment forms, and Company policies and procedures to tasks.
