If the main evaluator or any evaluator is unavailable or has left the company, the system can now send notifications to the newly assigned evaluators during the appraisal process. With this update, whenever an evaluator is changed, the system displays a pop-up window asking the user to confirm the action they are about to perform.

We have introduced a new email notification “Employee Appraisal Evaluator Reassigned Notification” that will alert evaluators when they have been reassigned. This feature ensures transparency in the appraisal process, fosters better stakeholder communication, and enhances collaboration.

Now the modifications made to evaluators in appraisals are logged in the Audit Trail. This enables HR admin users to promptly locate the previously assigned evaluator if needed. Access to this information is available within the Audit Trail feature located in the HR administration module.
