The OrangeHRM system aids HR administrators in composing various types of employee letters, such as employment letters, job confirmation letters, internship confirmation letters, visa-related letters, contract completion letters, and more, using the document templates feature. We have introduced a new option called “Preview and Email” to directly send these letters to the employees via email through the system.
These improvements streamline the process of document creation and distribution, enhancing the efficiency of HR operations and communication within the organization.
Previously, users had to download the documents and send them manually. To automate this process, now the HR Administrators can directly email the documents to the employees within the system.
To see the content of the email that is being triggered to the employees, the HR Administrators can make changes to the email template, by navigating to the Employee Management > More > Configurations > Email Templates > Add Email Template and adding or editing the necessary details
