We're excited to announce a new feature that gives HR admins more control over how performance ratings are calculated and displayed. Now, when setting up performance templates, Users can choose the rating method that best suits their organization's needs.
- Automatic Calculation: Let the system do the heavy work! Based on the rating and the weightage given, the final rating will be automatically calculated by the system. (This is the default selection)
- Manual Selection: Prefer a more hands-on approach? Create custom rating options like "Exceeds Expectations," "Meets Expectations," or "Needs Improvement" and allow managers to select the appropriate rating.
- No Final Rating Displayed: Want to focus on feedback rather than numerical ratings? Users can now hide the final rating altogether.
With these new options, managers and admins can tailor performance reviews to match the organization's unique goals and preferences, while maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation.
