The audit trail allows administrators to track in detail changes made to the records in the Admin, PIM, Expense, Leave, Maintenance, Performance, Recruitment, Succession & Development, Time modules made by ESS users, Supervisors and HR administrators.
You will be able to see the following information through the Audit Trail:
- The date and time when the action has taken place
- Action Owner - The employee who has made the action
- Action - The action itself
- Employee - Affected employee for whom the action is involved with
- Section - Which section the action has taken place
- Action Description - The detailed description of the action that has taken place
To see the Audit Trail, select Admin > Audit Trail
The system will track changes made to the records with date & time of the action and who has done the changes. All or selected record changes within the Admin, PIM, Leave, Performance, Time, Recruitment and Maintenance modules are audited and tracked.
Search / Filter / Export the Audit Trail
Step 1 – Click the Filter button on the top right corner of the screen. The Filter Screen will appear.
Step 2 – Use the following filter criteria to find what you required.

Step 3 – Click ‘Search’ to view the result. Click ‘Export’ to export the report as a CSV file.
