This feature brings the possibility for an employee to acknowledge when an announcement (News/Documents) is published. The acknowledgment can be enabled or disabled for each announcement before publishing as per the admin’s interest.
Eg: Michael being the HR administrator of XYZ Pvt Limited needs to publish a leave policy change document to all the employees in the company. He also needs to make sure all the employees have read and agreed to the content listed in it.
Above is an ideal situation to utilize this feature because Michael can publish the document and let the employees acknowledge it then analyze the acknowledgment status.
Admin -> Announcements -> News or Documents
The admin can decide to whom this announcement be published, by differentiating the selection from the below criteria.
• User roles
• Employee
• Location
• Employment Status
• Job Titles
• Sub Units
Notifications will flow to the subscribers upon publishing.
Admin -> Announcements -> News or Documents
Once published, the employee can mark that they read the published news/document.
Dashboard -> News or Documents -> Click on individual news/document
System supports a report referenced ‘Employee Acknowledgements Report’ to see a bulk of announcements with individual acknowledgment towards each and dates. That can be exported to CSV and PDF too.

Admin has the capability of filtering the information as required with below filters.

While the above report gives the flexibility to analyze all announcement acknowledgments, the system also provides an individual announcement acknowledgment status list. It displays the acknowledged and non-acknowledged employees for a single announcement with the date acknowledged. This list also can be exported to CSV or PDF.

NOTE-The system now tracks Announcement and acknowledgment changes in the audit trail.
