Business Goals are company and/or department goals. These goals are assigned to the Head of Departments. The business Goals can be created only by the Admin of the system. They cannot be created in bulk.
Individual goals are, on the other hand, can be created by the employee for themselves, supervisor for their subordinates and admins for anyone in the system. It is possible to create individual goals in bulk. For example, you can assign a goal for all the employees in the Finance department.
