Yes, different working week patterns can be maintained for different employees.
A different workweek specific to a respective employee can be configured via the Work Week PIM tab in the PIM module.
To access the Work Week PIM tab:
- Search for, via the Employee List in the PIM module, and select the respective employee that needs a different workweek.
- Once the respective employee has been selected, select the Work Week tab located under the More tab:
- Once the Work Week tab has been selected, the Work Week page will appear.
To configure a different workweek for the respective employee, the "Enable Work Week" toggle button must be enabled. This button can be enabled by simply clicking on the toggle button:
Once the "Work Week" toggle button has been enabled, the workweek for the respective employee can be configured and saved.
