Organization chart will give you a graphical view of your employee structure. You can allow the reporting hierarchy to be used and the chart to be generated automatically. If not, you can manually define the chart based on job posts.
Select More>Organization Chart>View from the Main Menu to see the chart.
Click the Print button to print the chart.
7.1.1 Configure by Reporting Hierarchy
Step 1 – Select More>Organization Chart>Config from the Main Menu.
Step 2 – Select ‘Direct’ or ‘Indirect’ from the Reporting Method drop down the list.
Step 3 – Select the ‘Root Employee.’ This will be the top position in the chart.
Step 4 – Click ‘Save.’
Configure by Position
Step 1 – From the Configure screen select ‘Position’ in the Reporting Method drop-down list.
Step 2 – Click ‘Save.’
Step 3 – Select More>Organization Chart>Define Position from the Main Menu.
Step 4 – to add a position, click on a position to select t and click ‘Add Item’ button.
Step 5 – From the pop-up dialog box, select the position and click ‘OK’.
