An interview can be a very challenging task for both the interviewer and an interviewee It is commonly believed that the interviewee does not require much preparation for an interview but in reality, interviewers also need to fully prepare themselves in asking appropriate questions that help to evaluate the candidate. Interviewers need not worry about preparing for interview’s anymore as OrangeHRM has made life easier for the interviewee through a unique feature that facilitates the interviewer's job. This feature helps the interviewer to prepare unique interview templates that helps to test different aspects relating to the job he/ she ahs applied for.
