OrangeHRM has integrated with Silanis who is an e-signature provider. With the integration of e-signature, the appraiser can electronically sign the appraisal that they have submitted.

Once the main evaluator completed the appraisal and submits it, the system notifies him/her to e-sign the appraisal. The system enables the e-sign option in a single and multiple appraisal view for the main evaluator. Upon selection of the E-sign option, the system will create a PDF file with the main evaluator’s appraisal and the document will be uploaded to the e-signature provider’s system.
Step 1 – Click the sign button. This is available for both Single and Multiview.
Step 2 – The system will open a window to agree to the consent document. Click Accept.
Step 3 – The summary of the final evaluation will be available to review. At the bottom of the file, there will be a place to sign. Click the sign box. You can add a comment as well.
Step 3 – Click the “click to sign” box. A dialog box will appear to confirm. Click OK.
When the main evaluator has signed the document, an email will be sent to the employee(Appraisee) to acknowledge the signed document. Once the employee logs in and navigates to the appraisal, they will see an Acknowledgement button.
Step 4 – Click the Acknowledgement button. The employee will follow the same process as the main evaluator to sign the document.
Once the employee signs the document, it will be available to download in the appraisal list.
