OrangeHRM can be integrated with Onespan as an e-signature provider. With the integration of e-signature, the appraiser can now electronically sign the appraisal that they have submitted.

Once the main evaluator has completed the appraisal and submitted it, the system will notify him/her to e-sign the appraisal. The system enables the e-sign option in single and multiple appraisal views for the main evaluator. Upon selection of the E-sign option, the system will create a PDF file with the main evaluator’s appraisal, and the document will be uploaded to the e-signature provider’s system.

 Step 1 – Click the dropdown button located to the right of your name. Under this menu, you will find options to Read, Download, and Sign. Click on the Sign button to proceed.

Step 2 – The system will open a window asking the user to agree to the consent document. Read the OneSpan Sign Consent and Disclosure thoroughly

Check the checkbox: "I have read and agree to the terms of the eSign Disclosure Document."

This action enables the Accept button. Click the "Accept" button.

Step 3 – Then, you will be redirected to the signature page. Click on the Next button to automatically scroll to the end of the document. 

Step 4 - There, you will find the section where you can add your signature. Click on the 'Sign" button.

Step 5 - Your first and last name will be automatically added to the signature field. After that, you can proceed to add your comments.

Step 6 - Once you add your comment, click on the 'Confirm' button.

Step 7 - Upon clicking, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have successfully signed the document. Click on “Review Document” to view your signature and verify the signed details.

Step 8 - You can now see that the document has been accepted and that you have successfully signed it.

Step 9 - To download the appraisal review, go back, click on the dropdown menu, and select the Download button. You will then have two options: download as PDF or DOC. Choose your preferred format.
