A company may conduct several appraisals for its employees but it is very important for a company to also track the progress of the appraisals that have been conducted in order to understand whether the assigned evaluators have completed their respective appraisals. Tracking the progress of appraisals is important to ensure the company gets a complete overview of the status of appraisals.
With OrangeHRM, the users can track and review the progress of its appraisals through a graphical representation of data making it easy to view and interpret. The admin users can view and review the status and the progress of the appraisal.
Go to Performance -> Reports -> Reviews and Appraisal Progress. The following screen is triggered:
Step 1: Complete the above-mentioned fields to generate the report.
| Field | Description |
| Employee Name | The name of the employees for whom the report should be generated. |
| Evaluators | Name of the evaluator. |
| Appraisal status |
Select the status of the appraisal from the following available dropdown options:

| Sub Unit | Choose the departments relevant to the appraisal from the dropdown list. |
| Location | Choose the locations relevant to the appraisal from the dropdown list. |
| Supervisors | Choose the supervisors relevant to the appraisal from the dropdown list. |
| Appraisal Due Date | Define the due date of the appraisal. |
| Review Status |
Select the review status from the following available dropdown options:

| Appraisal Period | Define the appraisal periods. |
| Include |
The user can include either of the following employees for the report:

Select the relevant appraisal cycle from the dropdown list. |
Note: This 
button is available for all fields except for the following fields:
- Appraisal Due Date
- Appraisal Status
- Include
- Appraisal Period
- Review Status
This button helps the user to add additional entries for a field.
Step 2: Click 'Search' after defining the above-mentioned fields.
Following are the fields that are shown in the report:

| Employee ID | Shows the employee's ID |
| Employee name | Shows the employee's first name and last name |
| Supervisor Name | Shows the supervisor's first name and last name |
| Description | Shows the appraisal description |
| Appraisal Status | Shows the current status of the appraisal |
| From Date | Shows the From date range |
| To Date | Shows the To date range |
| Due date | Shows the appraisal due date |
| Final Rating | Shows the final rating which was given by the main evaluator |
| Evaluator Type | Shows the evaluator type which is configured for that particular appraisal |
| Evaluator Name | Shows the evaluator names with reference to the evaluator type |
| Review Status | Shows the current review status |
